What can I wear/not wear?

The dress code for Torture Garden, the Rubber Ball and The Afterparty is extremely strict; anyone not wearing the correct clothing will not be let in, ticket or not. For the dress code for each event please look at the details that can be found from the main menu. There is no dress code for the Expo and The Cocktail Party is more relaxed but will not allow any street wear. If you are not wearing the correct dress code for the night events you will be escorted out of the venue, whether you have a ticket or not! Top

Will I get my tickets in time?

All UK ticket orders will be sent to your address unless you request to pick them up on the door. International orders or ticket bookings made less than two weeks before the events will not be posted out.

Tickets can be collected from RUSH, 25 Frith Street, Soho, London, W1D 5LB at the following times:

Wednesday 4th October - 4pm - 8pm
Thursday 5th Octovber - 2pm - 5pm

Tickets not collected at the above times will then automatically be put on the door for collection on the night of the first event you have booked for. i.e. If you book tickets for the Ball itself on the 7th and Torture Garden on the 6th
then ALL your tickets will be on the door at TG. If you do not turn up then the tickets will be placed on the door of the next event you attend. Tickets will be available for collection at each day of the Expo as well.Top

Which hotels can I stay in?

There are many hotels in and around London and we suggest you search online for some of the best deals. Because the events are located in various parts of London we have listed a few affordable hotels below that are near some of the events but please note that Skin Two do not endorse any of these hotels; they are merely given as information.

Hotel near the Torture Garden event: Comfort Inn, 87 South Lambeth Road, Vauxhall, London, SW8 1RN. Link

Hotel near The Skin Two Expo: Citadines Apartments Barbican, 7-21 Goswell Road, London, EC1M 7AH. Link

Hotel near The Skin Two Rubber Ball: Premier Travel Inn Tower Bridge, 159 Tower Bridge Road, London, SE1 3LP. Link

For alternative discounted hotel rooms please contact Hotel Options on + 44 (0)87 07 55 22 01 or see their website for details. Top

Where can I park?

Our advice is don't! It is best to take a taxi to the events or the London Underground. If you are wearing something you would prefer not to expose on the Tube and you don't wish to get a taxi, you can change in the toilets or the dressing rooms of the venues. Carry your clothing in a bag but be prepared to have it searched by door staff to establish you are carrying correct dress code.
Parking: (Rubber Ball only) NCP car park in Kipling St, SE1 3RU. This is open 24 hours (250 spaces) and there is some single yellow line parking in the area.

I don't want to put my credit card details on the internet. How else can I book tickets?

It is safe to put your credit card details on our website. The booking page is run by a professional ticket booking agency. However, if you do not wish to do this, you can book tickets by phone by calling the booking hotline. Tickets will be available from June 2006. Top

Can I get a refund on the tickets?

No. There is no refund on tickets for any reason, all sales are final. Expo tickets not transferable between days. Top

Can I bring a camera to the events?

No. Recording equipment of any kind [cameras, digital cameras, camera phones video cameras, tape recorders] are not permitted at ANY of the events. Any equipment will be confiscated at the doors of all events and those caught using recording equipment without a Skin Two photo/video pass will be ejected. Phones with cameras can be brought in but must not be used to take photographs. If you use your camera phone to take photos you will be ejected from the venue. Top

Will I be photographed at any of the events?

Due to the strict policy we have on photo passes you will not be photographed by anyone unless they have an official photographer's pass. All those selected to take pictures at the event are experienced photographers and know to ask the subject's permission when taking close ups. Although it is unlikely at any event (other than the Rubber Ball itself where there are a higher number of photographers) that you would be photographed or filmed without your permission, Skin Two cannot guarantee that you will not be photographed. Therefore if you do not wish your identity to be revealed we would suggest your choice of outfit includes a mask or hood of some sort. The Rubber Ball will have an official photo booth where you can have your photograph taken and you will be given details of where you can obtain the prints. Top

How do I get to each venue?

Please see the links on each event page - all have maps to all venues. Details of the nearest tubes are listed on each event page. Top
